HOW WE SHIP
Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. Normal delivery is 3 - 5 business
days in the continental US. Contact us for
expedited delivery options. We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO
and FPO addresses.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please
return it for an exchange, refund or credit.
You may charge your purchase on your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
If you mail or fax your order to FLIC, you can call us with your credit
card number. If you have not done so by the time we receive your order
we will call you to obtain your card number. If you call us to place your
order we will take your credit card information at that time.
A 6.3% sales tax must be included for orders shipped to Kansas addresses.
(If your organization is tax exempt, please include your tax ID number
in the "Special Instructions" section of the Shopping Cart.)
Prior to returning any merchandise, you must receive a return authorization
number from FLIC Customer Service (call 1-888-550-3542). All merchandise
must be returned PREPAID within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your
original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
Before signing for the package with the carrier, please inspect the carton
for any external signs of damage. If there is visible damage to the carton
note the damage on the waybill before signing. This will expedite your
filing of a damaged freight claim and subsequent payment of damages.
